Q: Does Suits of Style offer customization options on their products? What is the cost?
A: Yes. Please check our drop down list to see what options are available for your suit. We can offer you personal monogramming to special stitching or any other custom idea. If you don't see your options, please email us and we will advise you.

A: No. We do not add any hidden extras on your invoice. What you see on your invoice is the final price.

A: If you check your measurements entered against our shipped specification sheet, and its not within the allowable tolerance, we offer our warranty policy which can credit you up to 15% of your order to redo your alterations at your favorite local tailor. We want you to be happy every time and buy with a sense of confidence.

A: Yes. Please use your account entries as individual entries or give a nickname to the person you are leaving the measurements for.

Q: Do I need to get measured every time I order?
A: No. If your measurements have not changed and you want to keep everything the same, you can make another order with the exact same measurements as your previous order.
Q: Do you keep measurements on file?
A: Yes, we will have your measurements on file unless you request us to discard. Thus reordering is much easier in the future. We do not share any personal information with anyone!! its only for internal use and your satisfaction
Q:Is it possible for you to duplicate the fit of a favorite shirt or suit?
A: Yes, just send us your favorite shirt or suit. We'll incorporate any changes you might want, and then return the garments you sent, along with your new garments
Q: Can your suits be custom made for big guys or even for children?
A: YES, YES and YES. Just put in the correct measurements. We have an additional cost for sizes not listed, and for kids they are lesser in price. Please advise what you are looking for via email if you have a special request. We are launching our kids area soon too!
Q: I am not skinny like the models in the photos, will suits and apparel still fit me?
A: Honestly we all have that in common. This is the reason there is nothing like a custom suit. The suit will fit you better then a suit off the rack. Maybe that's the best kind if you are a model but not for any of us.
Q: I want to change measurements on my current order, is this possible?
A: Please hurry within 24 hours of placing your order or we cant guarantee it will be in time for you to receive.
Q: Is it possible to be measured by a tailor?
A: Yes, and a good idea if you are not comfortable doing it yourself.
Q: Do I need a Tailor to take my Measurements?
A: We recommend a tailor if you don't have the ability to do the measurements and also because this can assure a really good fit.

Q: My party is next week and I need the suit faster then three weeks. What can I do?
A: Our turnaround time is a general estimate based on our experience. Things vary based on elements requested of course. If you have an urgent need for expedited shipping, there is an option to add this instead of free shipping. All the paperwork is handled by Suits of Style, but you can express your delivery for an additional charge. Please email us after you purchase this option with the deadline needed.

We offer what is called Rush Service which for a fee of $60 to most continental USA locations, your suit can be made and delivered in about a week or less! Whatever the occasion is, from birthday to wedding, leave some extra time as a standard if possible and if not, please advise us early and we will do our best to complete it on our promised schedule or better. A: Most things from buttons to thread can be changed, so please request what you need after you complete your purchase. We will do what we can to accommodate you.

Q: Where do I return my original order for a remake?
A: We don't want you to worry about anything. Our policies protect you against any issues. We will always do our best to meet or exceed your expectations. if after all the steps are taken to fix and you are still not satisfied, it can send back to our office in China and we will redo the garment for you. Shipping costs to China are paid for by the customer but the suit is covered under the warranty and no charge to redo.

We will email you a credit reference number to refer to when submitting for credit. “Suits of Style” will apply up to a maximum of 15% of the initial cost of the item based on the changes, up to the maximum of $75. If you opt for a non-cash credit, your credit will increase by an additional 10% for a total of 25% to apply towards a future purchase with no restrictions and no expiration. Please note all measurements must differ from original measurements entered and ordered when placing original order. “Suits of Style” is not responsible for any third party payment fees from bank or other for transaction payment.
