All Suits of Style products are tailored to your exact measurements and occasionally they may require a slight adjustment to achieve a perfect fit. If this is the case, Suits of Style offers an alteration credit of up to 15% of your purchase price to put towards local tailoring. On the rare occasion your suit cannot be altered, Suits of Style will remake it for you.

Q: What if my suit does not fit?
A: We know this is the first question you may have even before you make a purchase. We have in place our Suits of Style alterations form which can be taken to your favorite tailor for readjustment, paid for with an approved credit from Suits of Style. Please check all our details and the form can be downloaded from this website and below on this page.
Q: How do I submit updated measurements after an alteration?
A: Please fax or email the updated document to us and we will add to your file.
Q: Where should I get my clothing altered?
A: For any approved alterations we will be happy to let you use your favorite local tailor or a recommended one in your area based on our warranty policy.
Q: My recent order does not fit as expected, what should I do?
A: Please check our specification sheet shipped with your suit based on your custom entries. If you notice any discrepancies other then the acceptable tolerance indicated, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to download our alterations form to take to your local tailor to adjust and we will put a credit on your account to use against your tailoring costs as agreed upon in our policy structure.
Q: Where do I return my original order for a remake?
A: We don't want you to worry about anything. Our policies protect you against any issues. We will always do our best to meet or exceed your expectations. if after all the steps are taken to fix and you are still not satisfied, it can send back to our office in China and we will redo the garment for you. Shipping costs to China are paid for by the customer but the suit is covered under the warranty and no charge to redo.
